A vanity sink basin in one of the restrooms at my office building had a hole in it and was leaking into the shelving every time the sink was used. Karen, at Parzival's office, is kind and responsive. She had a appointment set up quickly with excellent communication! Mike arrived to the scheduled appt with a friendly and helpful attitude. He diagnosed the problem and had an estimate for me within minutes. After giving the go-ahead with repairs, Mike arrived for the repair visit just as professional and service-oriented as his first visit. He has a great sense of humor too.
