"I had a fire start in my garage in 2023. My first concern was to get my family into safety. I feel lucky that I was able to do that, however my home suffered major fire damage while it happened. We were distraught and even lost one of our cats. My children were besides themselves with grief. So it was tough sledding for us. I met the crew with Premier Restoration when they came out to review the damage with my insurance company. I had been told to be weary of the insurance adjusters so I was on edge and probably more combative than I should have been. Luckily Bob from Premier was able to talk to me in a level manner and explained how the process works. Since I felt so confident in Bob, I agreed to have his company do my repairs and I could not be more thrilled in the result. He promised me that he would be overseeing my project and he lived up to his word. I can say now that I have a nicer home now than I did before the fire thanks to Premier Restoration."

"My roof blew off during Hurricane Hillary, and I did not know what to do. I filed a claim with my insurance company and they brought Greg from Premier out to visit with me. Greg held my hand throughout the entire process and I could not be more thankful. We unfortunately lost a lot of our favorite items in the house due to the damages, so I was emotionally drained and not prepared for the zoo that took place. Luckily Greg was able to handle that for me because he really took the weight off my shoulders. I could not recommend working with Greg and Premier Restoration enough."

"TERRIBLE company. Do NOT use premier. Mimi the office manager is RUDE and unprofessional. Chris is a LIER & will say anything just to get the job. Chris is RUDE and does NOT know how to communicate. He only uses texts messages. Chris will Goast you for days, weeks, if he doesnt want to deal with questions. Darwin, the lead guy for the workers is never available and will NOT give out his phone number. So all communication has to go through Chris. None of the actual works work for premier. They are ALL third party sub contractors. Shotty work. Messy and incompetent. None of them speak English, so it's difficult to communicate. Darwins father inlaw installed our wood floors and cracked out tile entry way and hid the crack and left without telling us. A kindergartener could have painted better. They ovrr charge, then try to get you to pay "out of pocket" when everything should go through the insurance company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL REGRET IT. DO NOT BELIEVE THEM, if they say they have revamped the company to be better. ITS A LIE. CHERYL Smith COYLE."
