"A shout out to this repair shop... I took my Pixel 7 Plus there as the upper speaker (top slot, ear) was sounding muffled. I found that I couldn't hear people very well, even with the volume full blast. I would have to use the speaker phone. I figured there was an issue with the speaker and asked them to fix it. They were great. The first thing that was awesome about this place is that they will answer the phone. A live person! How rare is this anymore? A+ for this! Second, they gave me a price to fix it. 2nd, to limit my downtime to be without a phone, they had me come in to look at the phone so they could inspect and order the part. They then would call me when the part came in. Another great thing is that they didn't ask for any money to order the part. So I went on my way figuring that it would be a few weeks to get the part. Wrong! To my surprise, they called me the next day! And, not only that, they said if I could bring my phone to them right now they could fix it in an hour or two! What? Really? No way! But it was true! They fixed it that fast! Then, if these guys (& gals) weren't already the best to deal with, they gave me even better news! NO CHARGE! What? That's right. I had my wallet out to pay. They said nope, it's covered by warranty. WOW! What values, honesty, and business ethics! If you need your phone repaired, I would take it here. It's great to work with a quality company! A+ on every aspect!"
"Could not have been an easier experience. Needed a screen replacement on a Pixel 6 Pro. I set up New York and a few minutes online through the device protection portal. I called the store ahead of time and the gentleman told me he'd already seen my work order in his computer, verified they had the parts, and were waiting for me whenever I came in. Device drop off took 2 minutes, and 90 minutes later I came back pick up my repaired unit in perfect working order."
"I say slightly easy because the first day I came in the guy that was there did not even act like he wanted to help. He said he would look at my grandsons laptop and call me, he called and wanted way to much. I went back next day to pick up and Cherry was there told me she would look at it and should not be the amount he wanted. This is my second time at your business and it was Cherry the first time that fixed my husband's phone she is amazing! Knowledgeable, friendly, caring and goes out of her way to help. I retired out of Customer Service and wish I had more people in my office like her. She deserves a raise! hang on to her! That is why my completed experience rating is Excellent"
