"DO NOT RECOMMEND TO USE THEIR SERVICES! ENTER WITH HIGH RISK! Insurance referenced them to repipe. Now, we regret that we didn't find our own contractor/plumber to do it. Low quality work and irresponsible! 1. They did not check all your water outlets if they were all up and running after performing all the work. - The washer's water burst out and shot to my face when I turned it on!!! Really horrible! - Connected new pipes leaked. 2. They turned off all the applicants, but not turn them back on when they're done. - The water filter for our fridge didn't work after they have done, and neither the water filter for drinking near the sink. 3. They're not consistent in terms of quoting the materials and labor. - The insurance adjust said that we only paid for cold pipe materials, the rest of the work, insurance would pay (total plan $5,000). Insurance said that cold pipes cost $300 - $500 or less considering the work for our family. They came and demanded $2,000. We didn't agree. They lowered it to $1,000 (but for a few ft of cold pipes, that still a whole lot expensive) 4. They used questionable materials and did not consult us when they redirected the water outlets. 5. The insurance plan was to repipe the whole water systems with the new materials, but when we checked under the sink, they did not perform the work. 6. Workers didn't clean after themselves. They ate and had lunch at the worksite, and left their trash for our family to clean. 7. They came to work late and left early. We could obviously see the project should be done within 2 days or less was dragging out to more than 3 days (not counting the days that we have to call for other problems after they said everything done).
