"I contacted this plumber about a simple valve replacement that I needed urgently. He agreed to come the next morning. But on that morning, he got pulled away to an emergency service call and said he would come later that afternoon. He never came that afternoon, but he apologized & promised he would come the following morning. When the time came, he never showed up, and he did not respond to my texts or phone calls. Basically he ghosted me. Overpromised and underdelivered. I’m very disappointed."
