"Sergio comes out and does the inspection. He is courteous, professional, and pays attention to detail. It is always difficult to get scheduling though that works for me, but that has nothing to do with Sergio. The scheduler needs to do a better job. 3 stars for the scheduler but 5 for Sergio."
