"Not that I know anything about the actual mechanics of how cold or warm air gets into my home, but suffice to say that about 7:30pm one Friday night, my AC goes out. Big noise in the attic, then no air. So, I call Lior, who answers right away, and he tells me someone will be there in 20 minutes. I expected someone to come in the next couple days! The tech who showed up (whose name I've forgotten, no fault of his own) was incredibly professional. Had us back up and running in about an hour.
