"I brought a crack screen in for a repair. The replacement was completed quickly in about 15 minutes. Over the course of the next week the screen started freezing up and the phone intermittently began restarting. I visited the store again expressing these concerns only to be told that the battery needed to be replaced; a surprising coincidence. The manager and associate provided different feedback on screen replacement parts and I was left with a lack of confidence in this place of business. I do not recommend this shop for repairs as I am a one and done customer."

"Cheap quality screen. Had issues a month and half later. Took it back and they said it’s out of warranty that I would have to buy a new one. About 3 month after the new screen half the screen doesn’t work and the screen started to peel off. Now my screen is completely black and is more than half way peeled away. Wouldn’t recommend getting a screen from them. It’s not a Apple screen. It’s a knock off."
