"So bad experience. They made me to wait all in the morning, and didn't show up. Finally he came the next day, the guy didn't even open the part, just told me it's the compressor issue, better to get new freezer. And charged me $209. He stayed less than 10 min. It was $95 for initially plus hourly. $109 for 10min. More expensive than lawyers hour !!!!"

"This company was so easy to work with! The man I first talked to on the phone was super helpful & made sure a technician was sent ASAP to troubleshoot our fridge in the office. They even provided a COI very quickly--something that normally tends to be a huge headache for me dealing with vendors entering our building. The technician, Nelson, was super friendly & able to fix the issue quickly."

He was very helpful and dispatched a tech to me within the hour. Airplus got me up and running in no time. I would definitely recommend this company for all your refrigeration needs. They are very friendly, knowledgeable and affordable!"

"I would give this company zero stars if I could. Agree it is the worst customer service on the planet. They will only guarantee an appointment if you make your appointment at 6:30am or 7am. This essentially means they only do one appointment a day. They came out 9 months ago to fix my company's ice machine and it took multiple appointments to get them to come out. They did not do a good job because it is broken again. They have simply not shown up twice, and when I called (admittedly frustrated) about this situation, they just told me to go elsewhere and hung up (twice). So now I will pay someone else to come out and fix their shoddy work. I almost never write reviews, good or bad, because I am pretty easy going. I just recommend if you are researching refrigeration companies that you AVOID THIS COMPANY."
