"I think that the previous comment calling Randy incompetent is ridiculous. In the same post they claim to have hired him for multiple jobs over a 7 year period, so if he was SO incompetent why continue to hire him? The truth is that the job required more work and materials and therefore the cost of the job was increased, when this family refused to pay the difference Randy went about his business. Then this family attempted to hire him for another job, in which he replied that he would be happy to do the job when the balance from the previous work he’d done was paid. Then they proceed to have someone come onto Google and leave him a bad review full of lies about the quality of his work on a job that they had no complaints about before he refused to work for them again. "Our family used Randy's (Ability) plumbing services for nearly 7 years. This year we decided to hire another plumber to meet our service expectations. This year Randy was hired to install a wall heater. The job was completed below a satisfactory level. Randy failed to properly install the heater per the instructions provided in the manual. He installed the heater an inch away from the door frame. For safety reasons the heater was required to be installed 4 inches from the door frame. He damaged the wall by cutting into it unnecessarily. Randy is NOT a carpenter. The damages Randy caused were easily avoidable. He should have stopped working when he realized that work outside of his scope of practice was needed. Unfortunately, Randy is unprofessional, and a poor quality plumber. He arrives late, often times speaks to his customers rudely/sarcastic manner. He adds additional payments to previously payed invoices, and inflates prices to an absurd degree. I encourage you to seek plumbing service elsewhere. Hiring Randy is truly not worth the trouble. We are currently seeking out plumbing services from another company to repair damages other jobs he completed this year, thus spending twice the amount of money for one job. DO NOT HIRE THIS INCOMPETENT PERSON."
