"What can I say, this is the fastest and best service I have gotten on quite some time. The tension spring broke and caused quite some damage on the old tiered garage door components. I made my appointment online and got a quick schedule for the next day. Paul Brinkman arrived on time (not like your cable repair tech) and did a quick and accurate estimate. I have repair this door in the past, but I’m getting to old for it (and it would have taken me 10 times the time. In any case, Paul was very courteous and did an incredible work. He is such a likable person as well, my dog was instantly OK with him which says a lot. Thank you Paul for a great work"

"Paul brinkman came out from Precision and did a fantastic job. He was able to get a few different quotes very quickly and also did great job explaining the different quotes, such as what they were for and what he was going to do if we chose the option. He was also able to fix our garage door in around 3 or so hours which was great since I am very reliant on my car. We upgraded the torsion system, rollers and added a strut. You can see where there is a small crack from the previous damage before the fix in the photo, although this is an after photo of it fixed. We just didn’t get the door replaced. Thank you!"
