"The plumber who did the job for me was Brian. He was all around amazing: Was incredible responsive, super friendly, knowledgable, and efficient. I will definitely be recommending his services to whomever I encounter who needs help with plumbing work. The job involved doing the rough in for a bathroom (changing a shower/tub to a shower only and a double-sink vanity to a single sink). He changed out the drain lines (updated from 1.5" to 2" drain pipe) and did the rough-in copper for the shower cartridge/shower head + vanity - chose soldered copper piping. The work had to be divided into two different appointments (was my fault due to a problem scheduling a water shutoff), but Brian did everything he possibly could to be available and responsive. We communicated very often during the time between appointments (to the point that I was worried that he would get annoyed with me), but he was as patient as a saint! The quality of work was also top notch - got all the soldered joints (of which there were many) on the first try without having to do any re-touching! As for price, it was definitely on the reasonable side. Out of 3 quotes, theirs came in just a little higher than the lowest quote; but the comfort level I had with Brian was definitely the highest out of all others. Glad I went with my gut, because I couldn't be happier! Recommend 10/10, will definitely reach out to him for all my future plumbing needs!"
