"I had a cold water pipe burst and my landlord sent over docs plumbing. When scheduled for an emergency situation the soonest they could come was in 4 days. After they “fixed” the pipe their new install fell apart after 12 hours and was even worst that it was when they started. After countless voicemails I left they finally agreed to come back in ANOTHER 4 days. These guys are unresponsive and have poor quality work and when confronted, nothing is their problem and you’ll just have wait until they’re not busy. Both times they came they showd up late for their 3 hour window."

"Doc's came through my home warranty program. They pushed to come earlier than appointment; the plumber was immediately evasive and refused to fix the problem, then left while still charging me. I don't know if the issue is with them or the home warranty program and frankly I don't care but either way I'm out money and the problem isn't fixed."

"John and Darrel came to my house to fix a broken shower faucet fixture. Due to the water calcification the faucet cartridge was nearly impossible to remove. Instead of cutting through the wall behind the faucet which would have been easier for them they took the time to work together to remove the cartridge. Very happy for the service provided by Darrel and John from Docs Plumbing for the great service!"

"Doc's Plumbing is amazing! Our home warranty company referred us to them after the original vendor didn't fix the problem and didn't allow us to reschedule. Daryl (sorry if I misspelled your name) was extremely helpful responsive and answered all my questions even going as far as to recommend additional preventive measure my family can take to maintain the new garbage disposal he replaced. I will highly recommend Doc's Plumbing for all my plumbing service needs in the future. I was nervous after reading the other reviews but they really came through! Thank you Doc's!"

"I needed to replace my garbage disposal and a leaky garden faucet. I was reluctant to Doc’s Plumbing, however, because of the negative reviews on them. When I called them, they were very open about their business and gave straight answers. When John and Mike came into my house, they introduced themselves and clearly explained how they were going to approach the job: Mike would install the garbage disposal while John would work in the faucet. John made a couple of adjustments to the faucet and the leak practically disappeared. Then, he patiently explained me that if I needed to replace the faucet, he would have to knock down part of the wall to solder the copper pipe connected to the galvanized faucet but, because it was not an emergency, I could think about it, make a decision and then call Doc’s if I wanted to do the job. Meanwhile, Mike completed replacing the garbage disposal and then, very politely, both of them departed. From seeing what they did, hearing their opinions and watching their working ethics, I will not hesitate to call Doc’s Plumbing, if I need a plumber. They are truthful, open and very professional."
