"Today I purchased two new tires and had the engine and cabin filters replaced. I have been going to Wheel Works Newark for car repairs and tires for more than six years. I typically arrive with questions as well as coupons. Consistently I have received excellent customer service from Eric and Frankie. They are courteous, knowledgeable and patient. Today I showed up without an appointment and Eric squeezed the services into the schedule. Unfortunately, I have a long list of necessary services and Frankie helped me prioritize which services should be completed first at my next appointment. Thank you."

"I had a problem with my tire very close to this store and I searched on Google and I found them, I called and asked if they had my tire available and if they were available to change it on the same day. They said yes. They even told me the price. I called a tow truck and went to the location. After a long time, yes. And I had to wait almost two hours for the tow truck, as it was a Sunday so when I arrived at the site there were only two people Alessandro and Andrew, who were completely unwilling to work and very apathetic. They told me that it would not be possible to carry out the work on the same day as there was nothing to do and there would be no more time slots available and I arrived an hour and a half before the workshop closed. And there was no one responsible for resolving this situation, they just kept looking at me like trees saying they didn't know what to do and they couldn't help me, but someone on the phone said I should see and I wasted a lot of time getting here and I still had to pay for a tow truck again. Really a totally disorganized company with no communication and lies, don't trust them."

"I came a while ago to check my brakes condition because WW advertised online that they offered a free brake inspection. After they performed the service, I was going to pay (I did not stay when I arrived that I came for a scheduled free brake inspection), and explained why I came to this location. Eric was flexible and honored what they advertised. As a student on limited income, I greatly appreciated what he did. Overall, the staff is great here and communicate clearly the situations. That is why I decided to come back and get my oil change here! I recommend this place."

"My advice to you is if want to save your hard earned money do not go here. It might be convenient but not worth. This wheel works Newark has become unreliable and handled by untrustworthy people. Person at the counter gives you unclear answers. They are lazy and want to skip tyre rotations and alignment that comes free with your purchase. You might be going there to fill up air regularly and checking with them about your tyre quality but they will say you have never been there. One fine day will just say your unused tyres have become bad when it has 30000 miles left on it. Why because they kept on saying you don't need the alignment and rotation. Then they say you never came for it. Now buy new ones we won't touch your tyres. Make it a point to put notes in your account with their name and date they said it. I learnt a lesson by trusting the counter person blindly. Not a very helpful place. Was misguided on everything that I asked. They lost a customer who was going here since 2015."
