"I never write reviews, but I set up an apt with John to come out and look at a buzzing appliance. He said the service call would be free, and we scheduled it. He called me 2 minutes later and told me that they changed their mind essentially and would now charge $95 to come to my house. I guess I could get that if I was far from them, but I’m a 10 minute drive so I know that’s not the case. I cancelled immediately. This is not what I would expect from a company with ALL 5 star reviews. What a waste of time and a terrible way to treat a new customer."

It was their electrician who was tasked with fixing it, and I'm grateful because he did so quickly. I can tell that these guys are trustworthy, and I'm confident that they will be called upon again in the future. Guys, you did a fantastic job!"
