"Another bad review regarding timing and communication. I ordered (50% deposit paid) my garage door in late July with expected delivery in October. After receiving no contact from the company, I followed-up. They eventually responded with a revise expected delivery of late November, but no confirmation as to why. I have continued to follow-up with no further update on timing (it is now February). Ultimately am letting my credit card company handle this dispute, as 6+ months for a standard garage door is not what I expected. If you do go with this company, make sure you use credit card, and document all communication with email."

"I cannot begin to express the level of gratitude we have for Josh and the whole DoorPros team. They have been an invaluable asset for our new build and a trusted partner. When we originally started our new build our original contractor walked off and abandoned the project. After speaking to Josh and letting him know that there would be a delay on when they could deliver our garage door he reached our to his network of trusted Builders in the area and connected us with our new Builder, Tim Lawlor Construction, who has been nothing less than excellent. "We had a fantastic experience with Door Pros from start to finish. Justin came out within a day of our initial request to give us a quote. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Although the 20 week wait for our door was painful (totally beyond their control with supply chain back ups), it was worth the wait. Nick came and installed our door today. He did an amazing job (called in advance of arriving, was early, very thorough and professional). He took the time to explain all the details as he oriented us to the new system. We had a fantastic experience through and through. Highly recommend."

"We contacted Door Pros to replace our garage door with modem steel door. Out of three companies we talked to, Door Pros was most knowledgeable and realistic about the project. When the time came to install the door we found some unforeseen complications with the installation due to the low clearance and unusual design of our existing system. Jimmy, our installer, was super helpful and was able to make it work. He was responsible and reliable and we are very happy with our fin product. Our new door is much stronger, sturdier and quieter than our old door. We highly recommended Door Pros and especially Jimmy!"
