"When will this store open up again? I understand the store was closed for sometime due to a store break in. Then they were open at least this past Monday (9/11/23). I thought they were back to business at that point. When I went into the store they didn't mention that they would close again for multiple days. Instead they told me to come back on Wednesday when they would have a part in stock to perform a repair on my phone. I check back in person on Thursday and then again on Friday and then called today but they are always closed. I try to call their other locations in Arden and Elk Grove to see if someone call tell me when the store might reopen but no one answers the phone. They cracked the back cover on my phone while performing a charging port replacement about a month ago. The speakerphone sound quality is also now messed up. I don't fault them for breaking the back cover. They honorably offered to replace it without charge. I also obviously feel bad that they got broken into and must still be dealing with that, but it is so odd that they don't put any signage on their store saying when they expect to reopen, there isn't anything on their website with this info and you can't get a hold of any of the other RC iPhone repair shops to give you any information either. I don't care that much about my cracked phone cover but not being able to use my speakerphone has been a royal pain. And not knowing when the store will actually be open again is even more frustrating."

"I brought my iPhone 12 to this store for a cosmetic fix - back glass needed replacement. Staff advised me to change entire back that is iPhone certified that cost me ~$220. I work at least 10hr days and use at least 2 different apps, make calls, take pictures and text to my staff and colleagues through out entire day, so fixing the phone was very important to me. When phone was “fixed” and I picked it up within an hour I learned that I can call but people cannot hear me. Right away I brought the phone back and was told its nothing major they just need 5min to fix it. Next week same issue with the phone’s microphone, took it back but they did not have parts had to take it back when parts arrive. When I returned the owner himself worked there and told me that its a different issue than before and told me I need to pay - I believe it was ~$36. When he took the phone to the back, he ran out within few minutes shouting: “mam, who opened your phone?”. I calmly explained that your store did and this is ongoing issues. He finished and still charged me. Within weeks same issue - I cannot hear. This time my husband took it back and a nice lady gave him money back and even informed that she will order entire new back of the phone. When we brought the phone once the part arrived, owner himself was in the store and with rude tone and raised voice said that he is the owner of the store and he knows better, that this phone only needs speaker fixed. He gave the phone back few hours later and again few weeks later phone again wasn’t working properly. On top of that, it started turning itself off with battery completely full. The only way to turn the phone on, was to plug it to the charger and phone reboots itself. We brought it back to the store but were told it has nothing to do with previous issue. We have to pay again and replace entire battery. So, my iPhone 12 is completely ruined now. I will never use your services again and will never recommend you to anyone."
