"Do NOT expect to be wowed by their customer service when you call....most of the time you won't even get an answer. They took our deposit and then lost our initial reservation to complete the work. We rescheduled the work a few months later. The repair done to fix the leak seems okay but we're still losing some water. Their contract states a new leak test will be performed after repairs BUT they fail to mention that it will just be an air pressure test and not an in-depth sonar or otherwise. We will not be using this company in the future."
