"Just got off the phone with David. He is awesome! I explained my paper jam problem with by Brother MFC and he diagnosed what was really wrong, right over the phone. He could have come out to initiate a repair and even quoted what it might cost. But he suggested we try a few things first. Turns out it was simply a settings problem and no repair was needed. Can you believe it? When the time comes for a real repair, I'm going to call David. Thanks."

"Could not recommend Dave more highly. First, he comes directly to you. He was right on time and was great at communicating. Most importantly, he quickly diagnosed the issue with my laser printer (turns out, I had one bad drum and one bad roller; don't know how I ever could have figured that out on my own as they were both new). He walked me through his diagnostic process, quickly fixed the issues, and gave me guidance on the best options to purchase replacement parts in the future. And, his price was less than I'd been quoted from multiple other places where I would have had to bring the printer to them. My printer works like new again!"

After I told him the printer's symptoms, he referred me to Google for possible videos for guidance that might help me reset the printer and allow me to further diagnose the problem. If following the video instructions and cleaning the print-head several times, he told me that if the problems still exisited, he would recommended that it would be more economical to purchase a new one at Costco rather than repairing the old one. After asking me how I used the printer, he suggested the model that he felt would work best for my case. I would trust him for any future problems I may have."
