I had a faulty breaker at the main panel which did not provide sufficient voltage to run the controler! Brighton had it diagnosed in less then 3 minutes! He is sharp as a tack very knowledgeable and an over all great person! They made a customer out of me! Very impressed!"

"Finally, a responsive and friendly well service company. We've lived on a property serviced by a well for over 25 years and have worked with several well drilling and service companies. SC Well Service was a breath of fresh air. 1st, you actually get a call back. Believe it or not, that is not the case most of the time. Though, if you've had a well for some time, you already know this. 2nd, the rep you talk to, in our case Brighton, is friendly and helpful. What??? Never, ever, have any of the other contractors even been above borderline rude. They acted like they were doing us a favor by even talking to us. 3rd, they came out on time, as promised, and communicated when they were enroute. Brighton spent time with us listening to the symptoms we reported and what we'd done in advance of calling him. At this point, I was in shock. He did his evaluation and scheduled the follow-up to pull the pump as we and he expected that was the problem. The pumps aren't built to last 10 years any longer; 3 is about the norm now. 4th, they came out for the appointment to repair our system on time and again communicated with us on ETA. They did the work, provided a detailed invoice (not the typical simple bill with very little information as to the pump/motor or other parts that were installed ), and they cleaned up. Wow!!! Love, love, love this company. They are putting all other well contractors to shame. Use them, you won't be sorry."
