"started using batteries plus about 6 months ago , as I needed a custom battery and cable assembly , they made it for me in one day (should have taken 3 days ) as I had machine breakdown. I now use them for all my battery related needs , the staff are always helpful and really friendly ."
"Had a battery replaced in a Galaxy Note5. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They locked my phone so I had to take it to my carrier to get it unlocked. Phone takes a 3200mA battery and they installed a 3000mA. I let all that slide, until I realized I can no longer make or receive phone calls unless I use the speaker. Total time, with wait time ~4 hours."
"Scheduled a repair the yesterday and was able to get my iPhone screen fixed immediately today. The service was great and quick. The only issue I really have is that my button on my phone is a little stuck and the fingerprint reader isn't as responsive. Both work but takes more effort to use. Altogether I am pleased. Great work to the technician!"
