"BEWARE this company is complete trash. I have no idea how they’re even in business. They were contracted through my home warranty that’s the only way they get business because they never answer their phone or return calls. I encourage you to call yourself. I have attempted contacting them at least 15 times the warranty company also tried contacting them 3 times and no answer or return call. I have no clue how I got an appointment with them in the first place it must be some automated scheduling. First of all I received a text for date and time for someone to come take a look at my AC that was blowing hot air. I received a message that they would be out 6 days after they were contracted. Not asking if I’m available. Eric came out looked at the outside of the unit for maybe 20 seconds and spent the rest of the time taking photos and measurements for a new AC unit. He did not do one thing to see what the issue might be. Temps were over 90 in my home at 9pm with a 1 year old I explained the urgency to get a properly working AC. He said he would submit the report to the insurance company by the end of the business day. 7 days later and multiple telephone calls and Eric never submitted a report the company never called me or my warranty company back with a report so now it is 13 days later still no report and had to have another company come out. I called a local company on my own and within 5 minutes they found a blown fuse and my AC was up and running. I went over 3 weeks with a non functional AC unit a small baby and temps over 90 in my home due to the lack of urgency, follow through, common sense, or courtesy from this business. I will be contacting the better business bureau and pressing my warranty company to drop them. Somehow the owner finds time to reply to these Yelp reviews but not answer the telephone. I hope you see this and would love to hear what you have to say for yourself. I should have posted this on day one so at least I could get a response from your lousy company."

"This is not a real HVAC company. They will take your warranties money and not show up or do the work. DO NOT CALL OR USE THEM. You will be scammed. If your warranty company uses them, request a different contractor and do tell the warranty company they are scamming the warranty companies money."

I called them several times, never got a live person on the phone, only a recorded message. I left them several messages. Nobody ever showed up on the time and date of the service repair, and First American was also unable to reach them. They suck."
