"Toilet and garbage disposal replacements under home warranty. The Aman team was responsive, efficient, and professional. Two service calls, one for diagnosis and reporting to the warranty company, another to do the work — both carried out in the span of three days. Excellent communication throughout. This was a good experience. I’ll definitely call on them if I need a plumber."

"I availed their services through my insurance for my broken water heater and I was told that there’s a leakage even though there were no apparent signs of any leakage. When I asked the tech, he said there must be some leakage only and that’s why it’s not working. It was also reported to my insurance which declined the claim saying that the leakage was not covered under the policy. I arranged another plumbing company to come and look at the heater and they say there’s no clear signs of leakage and they cannot say it’s a leak. Since then Aman plumbing has been trying to connect with me to schedule with them for further services. Looks like reporting the leakage to insurance was just a gimmick to get me into replacing the heater through them. I’m very disappointed with them and do not recommend them at all. The only star I gave them is for their quick follow up after I reported the issue to my insurance."

"I’m not one for leaving bad reviews, but I was not happy with the service done by Aman plumbing. My hot water heater tank was leaking in my condo and they sent out a contractor to come diagnose the problem. I had taken the day off work and they assured me that the contractor would show up between 8am-12pm. I waited for 4 hours and the contractor never showed up or called me during the time frame window. I had to call them and he showed up an hour later. He diagnosed the problem and said I would need to replace the water heater tank. My First American Home Warranty insurance policy covered part of the water heater cost, but the contractor added on an additional out of pocket expense of $850 for modifications and code. They ordered the equipment for me and it came relatively fast within 2 days. On the day of installation, the contractor was supposed to show up between 8am-Noon. I had to call once again because he hadn’t shown up in his time window! When I called to find out where he was, he said he picked up the wrong water heater and would be there soon. He didn't show up until 1:30pm, an hour and a half later. Yes, he did replace and fix my water heater, but I was not happy with the service and my time was wasted waiting around for them and having to call both times to figure out if they were going to show up."

"He came to properly finish what a different company failed to do. He was on time, efficient and did a proper job. Do not expect great customer service as he was very abrupt, ‘Hey, you got an extension cord?!’ as he yanked his cord out our socket. Not sure why he didn’t have his own. When he left I had to sweep up my flooded patio, but he cleared the pipe."

"Salon Aman plumbing was excellent. They communicated very well, gave me excellent service and a good price. They also helped me get information to my homeowners insurance. They were patient too! I really appreciate these guys. I would highly recommend them."
