"I started using Repair makers around 8 years ago when I had an emergency after hours in one of my operatories that was flooding due to plumbing valve busting! I called them and Pate was super fast in responding and walked me through how to stop it and make a temporary fix. "Pete, Tiffany, and Cris w/ Repair Makers are life savers!! The Friday before 4th of July weekend, our autoclave started leaking and not reaching proper temps for sterilization... as an Emergency Veterinary Hospital who runs 24/7 365 days a year, that was a HUGE problem to have right before the busy holiday weekend. I called them literally 10 minutes before they closed that Friday and Cris spent an hour on the phone with me walking me thru troubleshooting and how to properly change our gaskets on the autoclave (which I had never done before). When the trouble shooting didn't solve the problem, he went above and beyond to get us the parts we needed to fix it THAT DAY. I have never received costumer service like what Cris, Tiffany and Pete did that day for us. They literally saved lives. Without that autoclave being operational we would not have been able to perform life saving surgery on multiple patients that weekend and would have had to wait until TUESDAY for the parts we needed. I truly appreciate the steps they took to ensure that we would be up and running smooth again. I work with vendors, suppliers, and manufacturers almost every day and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND REPAIR MAKERS!
