"When it's open, it's great!! It is never open according to the listed business hours. Always have to wait for them to arrive hours later, example right now I'm standing out the shop waiting to drop of my ProTeam vacuum, says opens a 9am it's 10:41am and there is a line waiting. Not only they diagnosed the problem but also told us that our Dyson was still under warranty that we should have the manufacture repair it for free. "Was there about 2 weeks ago. We had previously attempted to get our carpet washer repaired at a different location that left it just as broken and charged us, so I attempted to repair it myself just to find I couldn't work with the pieces. We brought it here and they did a free diagnostic and reassembled the whole machine. Great quality, speed and customer service. It's been working perfectly ever since."
