"Richard service was fantastic. I brought in my samsung galaxy Note 20 because the precious store didn't fix it right, he ofered to help me with the data, and also repairs at a lower price. Richard told me everything that was wrong with the phone and gave me his honest opinion on what to do with the phone. I decided not to fix my Note 20. Then Richard gave me an excellent deal on a new phone for the same price it would cost to fix my note 20. I walked out a very happy customer. Advanced Repair Center is highly recommended in my books. My new to go to spot for anything phone or electronic related. I'll take the 45 minutes ride from San Diego to Vista anytime to get my phone repaired by Richard."

"Okay went in thought this place looks reputable and clean. Had my daughter's Google Pixel 6A in for repair Guy quotes me at $45 I thought that was kind of steep just a reseat the screen because I didn't know what was initially wrong with it. But I thought okay we'll just go ahead and try get it fixed. The guy comes back says a battery is swollen and the replacement battery is $99 I was like no I'll take my business elsewhere got out the store looked online found the exact battery replacement for $39.99 not sure how I got a 200% markup on a battery on a phone that's a couple years old but I wouldn't trust this place. Also read all the negative reviews after I left and their responses pretty much the same We have no record of you coming in that's all right I saw the cameras and I know I was in there if they respond. * In response you're absolutely correct I didn't pay a dime (I never said I did) becasue I was going to be charged a ridiculous amount for a service that could be done for $ let's say $75 parts and labor. You wanted 2.5x on parts alone. Thanks but no thanks. My assessment remains unchanged, your prices are not reasonable."

There are three tiers of quality when it comes to replacing iPhone 11 screens. LCD is at the bottom then “hard OLED” then “soft OLED”… then you have your genuine apple screen (which is also a soft OLED just name brand) Richards soft OLED screen was cheaper than most places charged for the bottom tier screen replacement. Richard was friendly, polite, gave me a great price, and was a really cool guy. One of the more enjoyable business transactions I’ve had.
