"Setting up an appointment WITH A ACTUAL PERSON was so easy. The rep who assisted me was so pleasant over the phone. The staff were all so kind and helpful. You even get a text with a link that directs you with a list of what maintenance your car needs with even photos! I can tell the reps love their job and want to help you to come in and get your car fixed. After COVID I know things have gotten rough at a lot of dealerships being short staffed but not at Honda Vista — it was a nice surprise!"
