I'm a general contractor, I called them to give me an estimate for re-routing a plumbing line at one of my customer's property Danial met with me at the job, I showed him what I wanted done, he askes for the customer information and email in front of me as If I'm not there!, he tells the customer that he will email her the estimate! I told him when we went outside that he needs to email me the estimate and he said he will by tomorrow! you cant go around me and contact my customer behind my back! Remember that you are here because I called you and not the customer, so I'm the one responsible for the job if you messed up it shouldn't have took you 6 days to tell me you don't work with general contractor's! you could have told me right then and not wasted my time for 6 days! very unprofessional people and time wasters I don't know about there work but I would never trust anyone to do good work if they are unprofessional like that!!!!!"
