"Worst experience. Waited 2-3 weeks for them to come out. For the short guy to say he will not service it because its on a custom stand and is not taking the risk of damaging it more. Its the 2nd time he says this. He even says he told another customer the same thing because she had new flooring and wouldnt want to scratch the flooring. But hey Home depot warranty pays him for the visit. Profitable business for ONIC."
