"Daniel came out same day to install a new water heater after my old one sprang a leak. When I called to set up the appointment I was quoted a price range between $2100.00 to $2400.00, but when Daniel arrived I was quoted $2800.00 so this was disappointing. He made a phone call and ultimately I paid $2425.00 which was as close as he could get me. So my only complaint is that the person scheduling appointments should not be providing price ranges by phone as it felt like she mislead me into choosing Water Heaters Only. So the 5 stars is for Daniel. He explained what he needed to do and then installed same day and did a great job, cleaned everything up, and walked me through using my new water heater before he left. Thank you Daniel."
