"I had a minor rocking in my toilet. The plumber arrived and opened my toilet to give me estimate along with 2 other items that need to be fixed (pop up assembly and aerator replacement). A day later I said I fixed the other 2 issues and I just need the toilet fixed and put back together. The receptionist and plumber then proceed to tell me they will charge the full amount anyway and charge me for items that I had already taken care of. Its either a yes or no. These guys are absolutely out there to loot you. I would absolutely stay away from this business. Edit: Turns out the $500 quote I got was a $14 fix from home depot. Wax ring, toilet shims and silicone caulk. Also, the plumber unsolicited started twisting knobs on my water heater and it turned of and I had to figure that out as well"
"I have been using PS for years, always satisfied. This time my water main was leaking (50 year old pipe) and I imagined multiple guys for multiple days and trenching in my yard. Greg came out, did the work in one day, within estimate, and even swept the sidewalk where he had NOT dropped dirt. And I love that they are local."
