"We called at the end of last year to get help with our well. We were promised that he would come out a certain day, and he did not. We called again about a week and a half later and were told he would come out that day or the next. He did not. Considering what we needed help with was access to water, we are grateful we are both handy and physically fit enough to deal with repairing our entire well system ourselves and that we had a back-up well. Imagine if you had no know-how or were too old or weak to take on repairing a submersible pump and this was the kind of service you could expect? If the company is too busy or simply does not want to come out, the decent thing to do would have been to notify us. As it stands, we still have not received a call letting us know that they have dropped our service request and are still relying on our back-up well and pump until new electrical line arrives on Monday."
