"We were recommended to El Toro RV by a friend, and we have not been disappointed. The El Toro team worked on our C Class, and most recently, our new Class A. Our Class A hit a rock on our first campout and it shot right through the slot in the fiberglass front cap, damaging the transmission cooler. Then, when the tow truck dropped off the RV to El Toro the tow truck company damaged the fiberglass front bumper! The entire staff of ETRV was so supportive and handled our insurance claim and repairs and worked with us to design a custom front grill guard that turned out amazing! We trust the staff so much, and their work has consistently exceeded our expectations."

"My wife and wanted to share our experiences we have had with El Toro RV. Our 2015 Forrest River Georgetown XL 377 has been sitting parked since covid. We have gone on short three day trips to San Diego county parks. We needed to have the normal yearly maintenance to the RV done and DID NOT WANT TO TAKE IT BACK TO OUR DEALERSHIP WE BOUGHT IT FROM. I have researched RV repair locations that would do what we wanted. After the search and reading several reviews on YELP and other sites, We went to El Toro RV. Our RV was in need for maintenance of the exterior, interior and the motor and chassis. Plus we had a long list of items that needed special attention. We had a storage bay where the sub floor above in the pass-through had raddled loose and that was only held up with a lot of staples. Our bays are totally enclosed so this was a opening for animal intrusion. and we had several other issues with different RV features on our coach. Cameras not working with the turn signals. The biggest issue was that we needed to have our two captain chairs and the complete dinette reupholstered. We had like many other RV owners the material that the original units were done in had cracked and pealed so bad. (This was not covered by warranty). To be sure we had some concern. We met with Rocko our service rep. for the items and the look at the different material for the seats. They have someone who will do the work in a Marine Grade Material that will last. We were very comfortable with our choices. We try to do all of our business and purchases with companies that are local to help support our community. I get a little wordy, however when we got back our RV today. OMG the seats look amazing. absolutely perfect. We can't tell you enough how good this looks and feels. Rocko kept in touch with us to update us on any issues. All Issues have been resolved to above our expectations. All repairs have been completed and more. All Exterior , interior mechanicals and chassis issues completed. El Toro did it all. We have invested a lot in our RV and I will pay for quality craftsmanship. You can't go wrong with the service we received. The staff is knowledgeable in the RV services and repairs. Both my wife and I will always use El Toro RV Service for our RV. We have additional items to install next year on our rig. I trust them with only looking out for our safety and making our journey in RVing enjoyable. I would given them the highest rating possible."

"El Toro RV was recommended by Reengage RV. Our slide seals had come loose, we wanted large train horns installed and the washer and dryer removed. Although there was a minor hiccup which required an additional visit, I am very happy with the service and communication and we will be return customers. They installed slide seals, air horn, removed washer and dryer, etc. Of note, the airhorn installation was beyond professional and the fabrication was top notch."
