"I called for service. Art was negative and unprofessional over the phone. He said he did not do service calls but only repairs. I did not feel comfortable with the conversation but still was looking to hire him to inspect an AC unit. I told him I was a Realtor and said he would not do work for Realtors. Amazing how these people see the need for the service and take advantage of the situation to put people down and be rude. This makes me work way harder at providing Elite service to my clients. In general people no longer take pride on providing a good service. Sad"
