And even after the extension of grace period I gave them, they still couldn't finish the job. When I went in to pick it up to find a different store to take it too.. they refused to return my property off the fake notion that they needed a receipt in order to return my item. Everyone I dealt with in the office was professional and courteous. Although They were able to recover my data, I would definitely work with them again in the future. The customer service was excellent, and they recovered my computer data Files that other places tried with not results."
"They were a decent place to go to but when my computer crashed and I paid 86 dollars to get it fixed, I had to return it 3 times in order to get it working 100 percent. And they downgraded my windows 10 to windows 8 which i did not approve of. I would say for a quick fix to go there. But if you really want to get great quality repair, you must look for something a little bit more professional."
