"Wilshirs refrigerator repair has been the best service vender since I've begun having problems with my Bosch refrigerator/ice maker. Prior to Yaroslav coming to repair my non-working ice maker, there had been three other companies that were unsuccessful in getting the ice maker to work again. Two of them, from Bosch themselves told me I had to replace the ice maker . Yaroslav reassured me that the ice maker was working fine , but that there were other issues that were causing the ice maker not to work. Yaroslav continued to try to figure out what the issue was and on the last attempt there was success. Any time I called the office, the lady answering the phone was also very professional and reassuring. Considering I have been having so many problems with this almost new (3 year old), $3,000+ refrigerator, I'm very happy to know that when I do need service, they will be available and resourceful."
