I was impressed when I read Leland's history, the history of the company, the concept for their business model, their value offer to their customers and their commitment to giving back to their local community. I called them and the next day Julio was at our home. Julio was extremely professional, very knowledgeable, and very thorough. He showed me some things that need to be addressed and the reasons why they should be addressed, which On the spot, I watched him send me an email that included a fully detailed report and the quote for addressing the service items that needed to be repaired. I signed up for the subscription plan that they offer, it makes perfect sense to me, is very reasonable and their program will undoubtedly help me to remember to keep on track with regular inspections, cleaning and maintenance.
