"How refreshing to get a call back within 15 minutes of leaving a message with Absolute Air. Jim is an experienced and professional air conditioning expert. He is knowledgeable, thorough, and so personable. We wanted our two AC units checked out before the summer season. He found very few issues and replaced one contact relay and a filter. He found a few minor issues with loose screws and rust and fixed those as well. He was up front with his prices and doesn’t try to sell more services than needed. We will definitely have him back to check our heating system in November."

I was very grateful because it was in the upper 90's to low 100 degree range that entire week. Jim was upfront with the problem and gave me a fair quote for the repair! Things didn't go as planned on his end and he was there a lot longer than anticipated, but he stuck to the quoted price. It's hard to find a quality stand up guy now days, but Jim, is one of them!
