"We called this Mobile truck Repair out to adjust our trailer brake at the Fallbrook Truck inspection. He told us 80.00 per hour and we agreed. 10 minutes later Our driver was able to make the adjustment and CHP had him run back thru. We called his number more then a few times 20 minutes after the first call and he didn't answer. He showed up and Blocked our truck demanding payment. We spoke with the owner Peter and explained that it was repaired and we tried to call him to cancel but no one answered. he demanded payment and wouldn't unblock our truck. We even offered 50 bucks for his hassle. He simply wouldn't budge. Our guess is he saw our called id calling and wouldn't pick up because he wanted to make the trip to make 80 bucks. We cant say if he is good or bad at what he does. we can just say he seems shady and if you can try and call someone else."
