"We dropped an expensive wedding ring down the toilet - accidentally of course. Mike, Christine, Tyler, and Ulysses at Second City gave us a same-day appointment. Using a high tech endoscope/camera, the guys were able to visually identify the ring about 20 feet downstream of the toilet. Using a location device, they were able to pinpoint the location of the ring which helped reduce excessive repairs. The 3" plastic drain line was cut and repaired in minutes.
