"I love this store! The employees are very knowledgeable. I have been searching for weighted beads for a blanket I am sewing. At JoAnn in Sacramento employee told me they didn't have this item. I assumed that this store would be the same but had to at least check. I asked the first person I saw and she was able to show me exactly where these beads were, (not in an aisle I would ever think to look in!!) Not to mention the beads were half off with coupon, always opportunities to save money if you take advantage of the many coupons, and if you shop here regularly I suggest checking out JoAnn's APP it is very convenient and can save even more!!!! I also couldn't believe this hair clip was $1.50!!! I also had an issue with a class back in January, however I told the cashier, Echo came up right away and was able to get everything figured out for me! She is so nice and is very helpful I have had nothing but a positive experience Everytime I have had the pleasure of dealing with her."
