"Good morning, I am glad I waited before posting a review. Otherwise, it would have been 1 star because of the unfriendly chemical pool guy. He would leave the gate open after he left in the morning, This pool guy was here before talking with John and Ethan. I or my son would walk out in the yard and notice the gate wide open...ugh it was closed when you arrived, close it when you leave. I was in the process of searching for another company or handling it ourselves. We called to have the filter cleaned and met, John. Wow! John answered and discussed our concerns and questions and discussed a plan to know what was being poured into the pool. John is very professional, approachable,informative, helpful, and has much patience for questions and concerns, oh, and very friendly. Dirty filter in the photo. I had a friend over swimming, and this time, she was itching with bumps, learned we experienced a sensitivity to chlorine, it was just an off day since the pool was service early that morning and we went swimming in the evening, I guess. This morning, I met Ethan, a chemical guy. Ethan is friendly, I felt comfortable in my yard with him. It was easy to talk with him. I spoke with Guadalupe on the phone this morning, and she was helpful in confirming the information of the 2 gentlemen that we spoke with. Have a great day."
