"I came to Leslie's looking to purchase a new Pool Cleaning Robot, Mike helped me find one with a good warranty plan. Mike helped me order the device online so that it would be shipped to my house which I was excited for. Unfortunately, due to Leslie's corporate they for some reason kept flagging my card for fraud so they ended up cancelling my order TWICE. After many trials and tribulations Mike and Muhammad were able to get one transferred from another store in Southern California, after which I was finally able to pay for the item and take it home. After running in it in my pool I'm happy. Big shout out to Mike and Muhammad even though things went wrong they made it a point to take care of me, excellent customer service on their part. Leslie's corporate on the other hand can drink pool water, they sincerely need to think about what third party company they hire out for Fraud detection. If it weren't for Mike, I probably would've taken my business elsewhere."

"I popped in to ask a few question in the Fairfield store. Michael greeted as I walked in, great start for me. Michael answered my questions and when he was unsure, he introduced me to Mohammed for more information to my questions. Great team work! These guys were pleasant, helpful, and had patience for my many questions. They suggested I start with bringing in the pool vacuum to check it out and a water sample (they give you a bottle). They are located across from Staples right off the freeway W Texas exit and right at the light with another right at first driveway."

"Jonah doesn’t have any customer service skills. Was not understanding or willing to take the time to explain any small print return policies in an empathetic manner. Instead said “get out of my store!” Gladly…this place is way overpriced, too."

"John, if that is his name, is too lazy to answer the phone, or get off his butt to help customers. Too busy on his personal cell phone. Every time we go in, he is on his cell phone. Surprised he has anyone to talk to since he has no social skills at all. He is a completely unhappy, miserable excuse for a human being. Most likely, the only reason for his employment, is nepotism. Plenty of other places to get pool supplies. Do NOT go here."
