"Guy did a good job overall. However, he set up an appointment, then was pulled off because the parts took a week to arrive. It should have been better coordinated. To his credit though, he did show up again the day the parts arrived. I am more upset with the Sears system where you cannot get anyone on the phone who can answer a question. Spent over an hour trying to figure this thing out. I don''t blame this guy, who was very polite and quick and did everything I asked."

"Technicians dented our new washer and broke our plantation wood shutters and hid it never mentioned anything. Then left in hurry and I never thought to check unfortunately. Me and wife are 100% sure that neither of those were done by us . And when trying to file a complaint to get it fixed we get nothing but bots never a real person. Very disappointing to have had this happen , I wish I could give them a zero and not even. 1"
"Frank provided a very high level of customer service. When he called he explained that it did not show that I had made the right service call for the Water Heater under the Sears Home Warranty service. He provided the correct information, therefore, I contacted Sears to open the correct service call under the plan. Upon receiving the service order #, Frank confirmed that I had made payment for the service call and provided the service order # to him. I had been out of hot water for 4 days with my grandbaby being here are my house. Thank you Frank for your excellent service and for fixing my water heater. You made our weekend!!! :)"
"Had a new compressor installed on my refrigerator. The bill had a 50$ charge for cleaning and maintenance. I told the repairman that I didn’t ask for that and didn’t want it. I asked him to remove that charge and he said he could not, that it was part of repair work. Something to do with the Freon. That was a complete lie. I called and spoke to customer service and they said that he lied to me. They refunded the 50$. Serviceman lied to up his commission. A straight up crook."
