They not only worked out how and where to get the machine into a spot to diagnose and fix the problem, they did not give up until the issue was resolved. The owner was even involved with this one because of the complications involved. They did not give up like others would have and were able to get the machine back up and running for customer to finish the job. Definitely my go to guys in Southern California."

"Called them out on a Saturday to take a look at my skid steer we were having some challenges with. Showed the tech the issues we knew about already and he tightened a few bolts on the motor, he drove the skid steer and confirmed the issues. We explained the breaker would work selectively but could not get it to fail when he was here so nothing was done to it. Called the office to check on parts witch took over an hour of just sitting there talking and waiting. After about 2 hours roughly they gave me an estimate of $2,000.00 witch didn’t include everything witch I thought was incredibly over priced. Asked the tech how much for what was already done, diagnose and tighten a few bolts, he said about $500. Received an invoice for nearly $1000 and the breaker failed about 5 min into the next job and we were forced to rent equipment for 2 days. With bobcat out of commission I called south coast bobcat to see how much the parts were that they quoted me nearly $2000 and was only $700. Found a mechanic to do work for $65 per hour and saved nearly half of what they were charging. Careful with these guys as they price gouge when ur in a pinch."
