"I actually do love the gym and it is very beautiful. When I have breaks between my classes, I tend to go there a lot. I don't mind going too crowded places because I'm used to it."
"The WELL at Sac state is a great facility. They do seem to be suffering from success as it is extremely busy at certain hours, so much so that I only really go late at night after my classes (~7-9pm) to avoid waiting double digit minutes for all machines. There’s something for everyone here and as an alumni they offer very cheap post graduate memberships. Included (without choice) in your tuition however, is a $442 University Union / Well fee. For a 4 month semester, $110.50 a month is an absurd price for what you get, especially considering that you are forced to pay it whether or not you actually use their facility. 5/5 facility 3/5 value If you’re interested in travel/local review content you can find us on most socials @sunsetourist"
"Being a CSUS alumni, this workout facility is a steal. A large selection of strength, cardio and functional fitness equipment. I also have a selection of early morning midday and evening classes that are nice to take everything is kept up well. I really enjoy the early morning fitness blast."
"Always packed between 12pm and 4pm on weekdays. This means you might have to wait to use equipment. Morning time between 8 and 10am is the best time to come and work out where you don't have to worry about equipment being occupied when you want to use it. Weekends the Well is always on the emptier side as most students aren't around since Sac State is known to be a commuter college. Extemely clean facility and sanitized thoroughly."
"Such a great gym for the University. Brand new, has everything you need. Not recommended for peak times to be honest, it is way too crowded, as are most of gyms. Mornings were great though, when it was quite empty. Love the outdoor patio, where it's good to do warmup and abs/stretching in the end. Also a good track upstairs for a warmup run/jog. Great fun memories from the gym :)"
