"use their company vehicles to take their children to steal people's car and uses the company vehicle to commit crimes. I have proof . Do you want thieves in your house? Call them! She clearly said things were missing from job sites she is very aware of the crimes being committed in their company vehicles and allows it to continue her employee takes the vehicle home and drives it for their own pleasure. Such as being the get away car when her son goes to steal other cars (he calls himself a kia boy) they stole my car they are on camera and the company allows it. The owner is a liar and clearly lied twice in one sentence of the email I'm attaching. Call them if you want crooks in ur house or business"

"Dry one out was assigned to us after a water damage claim. We are very happy with their service, they were very accommodating followed instructions very well and we're always willing to go the extra mile. We were working with Gilbert and he was very good at keeping us informed of what was going on. He answered any questions I had and called back immediately when I called him. We worked with Alberto and Martine for most of the project and they were very respectful and followed instructions well. We also worked with Isidro and Juan for pack out they did a wonderful job thank you very much for hiring wonderful employees that make this process a little easier."

"I had water damage.My insurance sent out dry1out for the dry out process. I will say the staff that came to my home all worked great. They did the pack out and dried out the rooms affected. They ordered a pod to store my personal belongings. Only bad thing I can say is that they removed my sofa and love seat without getting prior authorization from the insurance company. My ins company states they won't cover the expense of these items and states dry1out should not have removed them. They asked mw to contact dry1out so they can remedy the problem or return my couches. I have left numerous messages for Shanna (the owner) for the past couple of months and have asked her to please return my call. She has not returned any of my calls. I have also told her we need to schedule a date for her staff to unpack the pod with all my belongings. I am so tired of dealing with this so decided to give my review based on my experience. I would not recommend using them because their customer service is terrible. I plan to file a complaint with BBB and possibly take her to court for taking my furniture without anyone's authorization. Hope this helps anyone looking for a company to help with drying out water damage. It's stressful enough not being able to live in your own home for months and finally returning and can't get my things back. I need my things. Good luck with this lady/owner Shanna. Don't believe that innocent voice."

"I can't say enough good things about Dry1Out and the specific team working on our water leak remediation project: Alma, Alberto and Martin. Our project started with another company that was on the AAA insurance company preferred provider list. That first company was just awful to deal with, so we asked to be assigned to a new company on the AAA preferred provider list. Dry1Out was the kind of company you want to work with every time. Super responsive, super thorough. We discovered once Dry1Out started working that the prior company was not addressing all the water damage. The original company would have left damaged drywall and insulation in place. Dry1Out did the job thoroughly and completely. Alma was an excellent project manager. Calling us to keep us updated without us having to call her first. Alberto and Martin were very understanding and responsive to all our questions, keeping us updated step by step along the way. They are very hard workers and created the most amazing plastic containment area to keep the bad stuff from spreading throughout our home. They were also great at our request that they wear booties inside the house (we have a no street shoe rule inside the house), even though they also put pink protective paper on the floor. Plus, they were very good at Covid protections by always wearing masks and they were up front in telling us they are both vaccinated, another plus. For a difficult situation they made it as pleasant as they could. I would hands down recommend Dry1Out. I just wish our insurance company had referred us to them from the start."

"Jason and Raphael were amazing and extremely pleasant to work with. It was as if we were working with family or friends. Our home was flooded due to a fire sprinkler pipe failure. After the fire department shut off the water and we had a moment to breathe, the Dry 1 Out team arrived. They walked us through the entire process from filing a claim to mitigation and how to get our home back in order. Raphael was here every day to inspect the work that was done and the progress. He gave us updates and answered all of our questions. He even had to clear up certain items and address the claims adjuster directly, who was trying to downplay the situation. He made us feel very comfortable and made sure that the home was safe enough for our 9 month old. We honestly would not have known where to start or what to do if it were not for Raphael, Jason, Felix and the rest of the Dry 1 Out family."
