"The owner does not care for customers and responds arrogantly. Also he tries to rip off by providing a higher estimate for a small task and makes it complicated. I had called for a simple brake pad change on my motorcycle for which most repair shops charge $30 per brake pad. The Advanced Cycle owner made it complicated by bluffing that he does not know about my motorcycle and he can't provide me with an estimate. I politely ask him to google my motorcycle model on the internet for the same. He then said he doesn't have time for this and he doesn't need my business =), then he quoted me$ 120 for both wheels. Then he realized he lost my business and then he says, he can even do it for free, as sometimes he does it for free. Anyways, I did not want to waste my time as he wanted me to show my motorcycle in person as he does not know how to google it. He lost my business.. well but he did not want one.."

I can honestly say I was blown away with how thorough and detailed they are with their work. They really went up and above all my expectations. "Jim is an honest and trustworthy guy whose experience with Ducatis makes him indispensable. Came in with a weird issue where my hypermotard would suddenly lose power. Initially thought it was the servo and I plugged in a servo bypass. Couple of days later I stalled on 101 and managed to limp to Jim’s. He took a look and ran some diagnostics. Turns out the battery module was faulty and was cathode was broken. He promptly replaced the battery and I was back on the road in less than 30 mins."
