"Very pleased with the promptness, professionalism, knowledge and execution by their crew: Gabriel, Jordy and Carlos. You receive a 2 hour window of expected arrival and a call within 30 minutes of arrival, an email and text with picture of the technician prior to arrival as well. Inspection and estimate provided quickly with an introduction packet. Equipment was brought in their van, so no wasted time. Wears appropriate foot coverings and lay out floor coverings in the work area. Gotta say, love their color scheme which makes it easy to remember Mike Counsil Plumbing."

"Bobby came out to take a look at my toilet which was flushing slowly. He did a thorough examination before deciding what to do, and was clear on the price. He and his team were friendly and courteous throughout the visit. He actually provided me with a second opinion after a previous plumber took a look. Bobby's investigation was much more thorough, and I know he tried everything he could before coming to the conclusion that I would need a bigger fix than initially expected."

"We have a kitchen fixture that has low-flow issues and a shower with lower-than-spec temperatures. Both are luxury brand fixtures that most plumbing companies either don’t want to deal with or have replacement costs that are very high for house owners like me. Even with this in mind, I was impressed by Mike Counsil’s reviews, so I thought I’d given them a try. Our assigned plumber, Rudy Z, showed up pleasant and on time. He looked at my fixtures and repair requirements — I had already researched the problems pretty well, and Rudy’s assessment was consistent with what I found. After looking at the situation, he said he could fix the problems, but the pricing of the parts to do the repairs were likely to be quite high. The great thing about this company is that they quote the job BEFORE starting, so you know what you’re going to pay for. Rudy was right: after looking up the prices and doing a price quote, I’m inclined to go to the very few companies that deal with our particular brands of fixtures to see if I can get better pricing (my wife is the boss when it comes to interior design choices, so I have to get exact replacements). This said, I was VERY impressed by the straightforward way Rudy and the company evaluated my situation and quoted the job. Although I did not choose Mike Counsil to do my current repairs, I am very impressed by the way this company does business. I plan to definitely call them when other plumbing issues arise in the future."
