"Had a horrible water leak. Oak Plumbing came right out within one day of calling them. Amy, in the office was very professional and was sure I was well informed. They sent a young man named Travis to try and track down the leak. He used "every tool in his bag" to troubleshoot problem. He was very professional and knowledgeable... and personable! Once the leak(s) was found, Travis methodically began to make repairs. Before the work began, he explained in layman's terms what needed to be done. We actually had multiple issues, some that required creativeness and some improvisation. It took a couple of visits because of the complicated nature of our issue, but he (Travis) figured everything out and alleviated all issues. During the process he continued to explain what work was being done, and constantly assured us to feel free to ask any questions we may have.
